Wooden Hot Tubs
Wooden hot tubs are being produced from the certified kiln-dried pinewood or thermo-wood, with the wall thickness of 46 mm. Pinewood is accurately sawn, kilned and graded according to wood features. Thermo-wood is produced by using high temperature and steam.
No chemicals are added during the process; therefore it is ecological and environmental friendly choice. Also the dimensional stability, biological durability and insulation properties of the wood are improved.
The height of the wooden hot tub is 110 cm and diameters available: 1.5 m, 1.9 m and 2.2 m.
Standard set of the wooden hot tub includes: wooden tub, tightened by two stainless steel bands, outlet valve, wooden benches and nice edge on top.
Also stainless steel inside or outside oven, stainless steel chimney with cap, wooden safety fence for the hot tub with inside oven and wooden 3-step stairs are included in the set.
The wooden hot tubs can be delivered to the customer assembled or flat-pack. If the hot tub KIT is chosen, the manual for easy assembly is provided.
Fiberglass Hot Tubs
Fiberglass hot tub has the following advantages:
- Dimensional stability – fiberglass insert will not shrink or stretch.
- Low moisture absorption – fiberglass insert has a low moisture absorption ratio.
- Good thermal properties – fiberglass insert has a low thermal expansion coefficient.
- High thermal endurance – fiberglass is unaffected by curing temperatures and cannot burn. Fiberglass insert can retain approx. 50% of its strength at 700°F
Polypropylene hot tub is 105 cm height, wooden wall thickness – 20 mm, bench and edge – 8 mm, propylene thickness – 5 mm bottom and walls. Available colours: light blue, grey and black. For the exterior finishing customer can choose from: Spruce, Siberian larch or Thermo-wood.
Standard set of Polypropylene hot tub includes: PP tub with outlet valve, outside wooden wall, nice edge on top, 2 stainless steel tightening bands, stainless steel oven and flue with cap, wooden safety fence and benches, as well as 2-step stairs.
Fiberglass tubs are available in blue, white (cream) and grey colours. Fiberglass is of 3 mm and wooden wall of 20 mm thickness. We offer 2 types of Fiberglass tubs: “Comfort” and “Big”. “Comfort” hot tubs are produced with 180 cm inside diameter, which can be enjoyed up to 6-8 people at the same time. They require less water and maintain ergonomic seating. “Big” hot tubs are produced with 185 inside diameter and can accomodate up to 8-10 people at the same time. Also “Big” hot tubs are taller (inside h is 107 cm, while “Comfort” – 85 cm) and benches of “Big” hot tubs are higher – 40 cm (“Comfort” benches – 30 cm).
We offer fiberglass hot tubs with stainless steel oven, which can be installed inside the hot tub, outside the hot tub or integrated (this option only for “Comfort” hot tubs).
Standard set includes: fiberglass insert with outlet valve and pinewood finishing, tightened by 2 stainless steel bands, glassfiber inside seating, stainless steel oven, stainless steel flue with cap, pinewood safety fence for the hot tubs with inside oven and wooden 3-step stairs.
As an extra item, fiberglass cover may be ordered. In fiberglass hot tubs we may also install led light and bubble system for one’s complete comfort.
Polypropylene Hot Tubs
Polypropylene hot tub is 105 cm height, wooden wall thickness – 20 mm, bench and edge – 8 mm, propylene thickness – 5 mm bottom and walls. Available colours: light blue, grey and black. For the exterior finishing customer can choose from: Spruce, Siberian larch or Thermo-wood. Standard set of Polypropylene hot tub includes: PP tub with outlet valve, outside wooden wall, nice edge on top, 2 stainless steel tightening bands, stainless steel oven and flue with cap, wooden safety fence and benches, as well as 2-step stairs. The diameters available: 150 cm, 190 cm and 220 cm. 150 cm tub is perfect for 2 – 4 people, 190 cm tub accommodates from 5 to 7 people and 220 cm tub – from 8 to 10 people.Both types of the hot tubs (fiberglass and polypropylene) can be delivered only assembled.Also for all kinds of hot tubs we offer accessories, such like: tent cover, wooden cover, scoop and poker, led light, bubble system, wooden paddle and wooden and glass fiber bottle holder.
