We produce different sizes of inside areas modular houses from dried pinewood. Natural wood beauty creates the space for your individual, hight-quality wellness oasis, holiday accommodation, or ideal home office. These modular houses can be designed with different walls: large panoramic glass walls allows beautiful views and natural light flooding in. Sunscreen wall with glass and wall panels will create a cozy home environment. Modular houses accommodate from 2 to 20 people, depending on the house‘s size.
Depending on the modular house‘s measurements, in the standard set including modular house walls, roof covered with bituminous roofing membranes and floor. Modular houses height is 3180 m. The modular house sizes range from 4.0 m2 up to 24 m2 and more. In addition, we provide a range of optional accessories. It can be a rainwater pipes, wooden blinds. The house to the customer is being delivered packed on the pallet(s); for easy assembling the manual based on the images is provided.
Materials used for production
Modular houses are being produced from Pinewood. The certified wood is being supplied from worldwide well-known producer Storaenso.
Roof
For the modular house roofing Finish producer‘s Icopal SBS modified and fiberglass 100 g/m² reinforced bituminous roofing membranes are used. The product is surfaced with mineral granules. The SBS modification adds flexibility, application strength and durability to the membranes.
Main characteristics of the bituminous roofing membranes:

Windows and sliding system
Aluminum production choice Alutech (Belarus) profile. The sliding parts are housed in aluminum frames, so the whole construction is stable and the upper glass part can be used 6 mm glass. The wheel structure is attached to the aluminum profile and has a vertical and horizontal adjustment, this ensures extremely easy movement of moving parts. Drainage channels protect from accumulated moisture from entering the inside of the structure. Sealing brushes prevent precipitation and dust from entering the structure and dampen the vibration of moving parts from the wind. All moving parts are very easy to remove and put on in place, this way is no difficulty in cleaning the glass from the outside. All glass in the showcase is pressed from the inside with special aluminum strips.
